Get ready to sweat with this 6 minute cardio fat burning workout! I love this workout, because all you need is a jump rope. This workout is great if you have a small space for exercising or traveling and don’t have space for heavy equipment. You can even do this workout at the gym.
If you don’t have a jump rope no worries just jump rope in place w/o a jump rope you’ll be mimicking the moves, so you’ll still get in a great workout. The next time your out shopping you can pick one up. Their inexpensive I got mine while grocery shopping at Meijer for $2.00.

I woke early this morning because it’s going to be another busy day, and I’m having a hard time staying motivated. Being Monday doesn’t help, nor the rain, or the dark, dark clouds looming in the sky. Day’s like this can’t help but make you feel tired. So what we need to do is get our feet moving and get active! So I’m starting off your day with a stability ball workout that will surely get your blood flowing!
This one just happens to be my most popular YouTube video. The only equipment you’ll need is a stability ball, and just about every person’s home I’ve been in has had a stability ball at one time. They don’t know what to do with it so the kids and dogs play with it till it gets popped. However, it’s much more than just the family toy, it’s a powerful exercise tool too!
