My Little Speed Bumps.

One week to go with my spring transformation challenge. I’ll be weighing in and taking measurements on Sunday, and I’ll have it posted next Monday. My main goal in doing this was to get a flat tummy. I took a pic so you can see my progress so far.

Love my little speed bumps! The main adjustment to my diet was the removal of sugar. Not that I sat around eating sugar, but I did enjoy a glass of red wine at night before bedtime.

It’s time to buckle down, because I have a magic number in my head that I’d like to see on the scale so we’ll see what happens. Wish me luck! Check in next Monday for my last transformation challenge vlog in which I’ll give you specific details on how I managed to do this via diet and exercise.
